well, is by following a healthy diet. The body works best when it's

you could consider drinks that are rich in vegetables, like tomato or
carrot juice, as opposed to fizzy drinks.
Since sugar is a prime cause of producing extra insulin in your body,
which can also quicken the effects of aging due to the way the body
tries to fight the extra insulin, reducing sugar intake is something you
should do immediately. Not only will it help any anti aging method you
